The Avalon is a beachfront condominium property, offering luxury and elegance on a gorgeous, quiet section of Seven Mile Beach, which offers a wide 300 feet of beachfront,. A deep setback from the ocean gives The Avalon a much larger beach footage (usable area) than most of the other rental properties on Seven Mile Beach. Since it is one of the few remaining three storey properties in the luxury bracket on Seven Mile Beach (compared to the newer six or seven storey buildings), guests enjoy all the benefits that this low density living affords. Your space is your own and you are unlikely to be rubbing elbows with your neighbors on the beach. The Avalon is located in isolation for peace and tranquility - the property to the south is non rental and to the north is a vacant lot with no future plans for development. A fitness centre, beachfront swimming pool, hot tub and lighted tennis court are also available. The resort is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, and more, yet is set far enought away from the crowds, that you can relax in peace and quiet on the perfect beach. Each of the twenty seven oceanfront units has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - the master bathroom generally contains an oversized tub and separate shower stall. The large living and dining room area opens out from the kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and amenities. Corian or granite countertops in the kitchen and the bathrooms are standard in each unit. Each unit is professionally decorated, comes with a spectacular oceanfront view and direct beach access. All of the units include a gourmet kitchen featuring granite or Corian countertops, high-end appliances & cooking utensils, central air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer and wireless high speed internet. A large, screened lanai allows protected out door dining right next to the beach. Each condo unit has it's own private garage as well. Housekeeping services are provided daily. All of The Avalon's condos are non-smoking.

- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Max 6 people per condo.
- 7 night minimum stay required during holiday periods.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
- Summer: 3 nights or less, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Summer: 4 nights +, a 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance at check-in.
- Winter: 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance due upon check-in.
- Holidays: 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance due August 31st.
- The Avalon accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
- All cancellations are subject to a 4% credit card processing fee, or:
- Cancel within 60 days of arrival, the deposit amount becomes non-refundable.
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days of arrival, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
