Casa Caribe's 24 two and three bedroom condos are located in the middle of the finest stretch of Seven Mile Beach, with the crystal clear Caribbean Sea at your doorstep and tropical breezes gently blowing in the palm and casuarina trees. Take a swim in the resort's freshwater swimming pool with rock waterfall, indulge yourself in the soothing waters of the heated whirlpool spa, play tennis on the night lit tennis court, or burn off some calories in the fully equipped fitness room. The complex is handicapped accessible with ramped walkways leading to a center elevator for total ease to second and third floor apartments. The resort is across the street from Grand Cayman's newest shopping center, The Strand, where you can buy all your groceries and pharmaceuticals. There are numerous excellent restaurants within an easy walking distance of the resort, and there are activities, shops and watersports all within easy walking distance as well.
Each of Casa Caribe's spacious 2 bedroom plus den and 3 bedroom apartments range in size from 1667 sq.ft to 3000 sq.ft, and are individually owned and decorated. A truly spectacular view is offered from nearly every room in each apartment. Plus, each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including a trash compactor, dishwasher, microwave, and an entertainment bar. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, washer and dryer, 2 or 3 full bathrooms, and large screened oceanfront patio or balcony. All condos are designated as non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the balcony or patio. Daily maid service is provided. Wireless internet is now offered in all condos.
