The old real estate adage of "location, location, location" certainly applies here, as this is the prime location on Seven Mile Beach. The majority of the islands most exclusive beachfront condo resorts enjoy this prime location. Because it is the most sought after area, prices here tend to be a bit higher than elsewhere. However, there are a couple of older condo resorts here as wel, so for those on a budget, a non-oceanview condo at an oceanfront resort will still give you the best location at a reasonable price.

This area has absolutely perfect powdery white sand beaches with no rocks or ironshore. The sea bottom is nice and sandy, and is perfect for wading in the shallows, or playing in the gentle surf.

Snorkeling is not the best in this area, but you may be lucky enough to see a sea turle, stingray, schools of fish or other sea creatures. The best snorkeling in this area is up around the Governor's House, just north of the Westin and south of Plantana condos.

There are a number of restaurants (everything from fast food to fine dining), bars, shops, water sports and other activities concentrated in this area, so most everything is within easy walking distance of the condos. There is a large modern supermarket and pharmacy in this area as well (across the street from the Meridian).

So, if you are looking for the best of the best, the prime Central Seven Mile Beach area is for you. Perfect beach, luxury condos, and convenient to everything. It doesn't get any better than this!
