Choose from either 2 bedroom 2 bath gardenview, 2 bedroom plus den 2 bath, or 3 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront penthouse condominiums. Each of the 28 condos are beautifully appointed and have central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, telephones, VCR and a private patio or balcony with garden or Seven Mile Beach views. All units now have access to free high speed wireless internet, and there are even internet connections in the cabana on the beach ! All units have a king bed in the master bedroom plus a queen or 2 twin beds in the other bedrooms. Some units have a sofa bed, and rollaway beds can also be provided. There is daily maid service provided except on Sundays, and laundry facilities are on site for your convenience

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
- A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- There is a min. stay requirement of 3 nights during the summer season.
- There is a min. stay requirement of 7 nights during the winter season.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.

- Cancel within 45 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
