The Renaissance is the newest, most elegant development on the northern end of Seven Mile Beach on beautiful Grand Cayman. The property is comprised of 37 luxury condos, but only a few are available for vacation rental. Here you can enjoy 200 feet of pristine, white sand beach while being kissed by the sun or shaded by the casuarinas and palm trees that border the beach. The 85 foot infinity edge pool blends the lush, tropical landscape into the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Lounge by the beachfront infinity edge pool or relax in the heated jacuzzi and enjoy magnificent sunsets. There are two beach side patios, one on each side of the pool area. The areas are well shaded and each is equipped with 2 propane barbeque grills and patio tables and chairs. The Fitness Centre is fully equipped with an assortment of Precor aerobic and weight equipment as well as two stretching machines. Private keyed access allows you to use the Fitness Centre at times that best suit you. The spacious and elegantly furnished condos are all ocean front. Each has its own large screened-in patio - accessible from the master bedroom or the living room – another great spot to greet the day, relax out of the mid-day sun or enjoy spectacular sunsets! Only a few of the condos are available for vacation rental. Each is individually and beautifully furnished with care and attention being given to providing comfort - everything you expect in luxury accommodations. All condo units have designer kitchens and each is equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser. A laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is located in each condo for your convenience. Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep the condo cool and comfortable throughout. The master bedrooms are on the ocean front and each bedroom has its own bath. The master baths include large shower stalls, his and her vanities, and oversized tubs. Crisp white, Egyptian cotton linens and towels are provided along with locally created soaps, shampoos and lotions. Each condo is equipped with large flat screen TV’s in the living area as well as in each bedroom. Wireless internet access is provided and calls to the US and Canada are free of charge! Maid service is provided every day except Sundays, Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- Stay under 6 nights, a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- The renaissance accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
- Summer: If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Xmas: If cancelled within 120 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
