At South Bay Beach Club, each luxury condo unit is professionally furnished and comes with central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable, flat screen HD TV's, DVD, stereo, fully equipped GE monogram gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and icemaker, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus spacious fully equipped bathrooms, telephone, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony or patio overlooking the pool and white sand beach. All condos are directly facing the beach and Caribbean Sea. Ground floor 2 bedroom units are raised 5 steps above the sand, allowing more privacy and a better view, while still allowing easy direct access to the beach and pool area. Exclusive upper level 3 bedroom units are outfitted with innovative Sky Yard patios. These spacious outdoor terraces provide the best of both worlds, with a fully screened enclosure or an open air terrace with nothing but sky above. South Bay Beach Club architecture and unit design creates comfortable living spaces, while the surrounding landscape is a perfect place to relax, play and soak up the warm Cayman sun. Daily maid service is provided except on Sundays.
