Sunset Cove Condominiums - Seven Mile Beach Grand Cayman
Recently renovated, Sunset Cove Condos (formerly Treasure Island Condos) is a popular condo resort located at the southern edge of Seven Mile Beach Grand Cayman. The resort has a casual, relaxed atmosphere and offers something for everyone. A diving adventure, a romantic retreat, a family getaway, or just an escape from everyday life. Sip cool tropical drinks in the brightly coloured open air lobby. Swim in one of the freshwater swimming pools, or plunge into a whirlpool. There is a wading pool for the children, and baby-sitting services are also available. A new breakwater was built in 2010 which has imporved the beach considerably, and now provides a nice sandy beach and a protected cove for swimming. Sports enthusiasts will feel right at home here. Sunset Cove offers their own tennis and beach volleyball courts. You can swim out of the cove and snorkel along a coral reef teeming with underwater life. There is even a marked underwater snorkeling trail. Poolside BBQ's are provided for guests to use. Please note that even though the Hotel and the condos share the beach and the pool facilities, they are 2 separate complexes. The hotel portion of the resort (Treasure Island Resort) is now primarily residential apartments, though there are still a small number of hotel rooms, as well as shops and a new larger convenience store that are on site and convenient for the condo guests.
Sunset Cove Condominiums is a complex of one, two and three bedroom condos. All condominium units have recently been renovated and have central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 2 bathrooms, spacious living & dining area, washer and dryer, telephone, cable TV, VCR, and a private patio or balcony. 3rd floor oceanfront condo units have a vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view. Daily maid service is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children under 11 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax + 10% service charge.
- A 7 night minimum stay is required between December 19- January 05.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required at all other times.
- A 3 night deposit is due by credit card at the time of of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Peak Season: A deposit equal to 50% of the total is due at the time of booking
and the balance of payment is due 60 prior to arrival at the resort.
- Sunset Cove accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- There is a $50us cancellation fee at all times.
Plus if you cancel within 30 daysprior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Xmas Season: There is a $100us cancellation fee and the remaining
deposit amount is refunded only if the unit can be re-rented.
