The Beachcomber condos
The Beachcomber is the newest luxury condo resort on the island (opens in December 2008). The Beachcomber has a fantastic location directly on 200 feet of the finest section of white sand beach on world famous 7 Mile Beach. Very conveniently located, just a short walk to a large modern supermarket as well as numerous shops, restaurants, banks, nite clubs, water sports and many other activities. The beach quality is world-class and slopes gently for relaxed swimming with thatched cabanas and palm plantings providing cool shade for reading and lounging. The eighty foot heated vanishing edge oceanfront pool and twin spas are right where you want them (directly beachfront) with generous deck areas for sunbathing separated by lush natural plantings. There are 2 covered gas BBQ's for guests to use. Underground dedicated parking spaces are provided with a remote control main access security door. 2 elevators ensure easy access to all floors. Exercise in the air-conditioned fully equipped fitness centre with high quality "Precor" aerobic and free weight equipment. The Beachcomber offers a collections of 40 luxurious new oceanfront condo units featuring Tuscan architectural design elements of stone, terracotta tiles, arches and beams that create an environment which is truly Mediterranean, yet uniquely Caribbean. Each villa is entered by way of coral stone tiled walkways and classic columns leading to the elevator towers and stairways. Continuing pathways connect to the oceanfront with heavily planted landscape zones surrounding all lower villas while maintaining the panoramic ocean views. There are FOUR rental 4 bedroom 4.5 bath oceanfront units. Both are 2nd floor corner units. There are FIVE rental 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront units (3rd - 7th floors) and NINE rental 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront units (ground - 7th floors). All units have very spacious living areas. All condo units are brand new and are exquisitely appointed including fully equipped spacious gourmet kitchens with polished granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, in-suite washer and dryer, central air conditioning, cable, multiple TV's, DVD player, CD player, multiple telephones, fax machine, free high speed internet access (you will need to bring your own laptop), full bathroom for each bedroom - including a luxurious master bathroom with a luxurious platformed soaker tub, separate oversized walled shower and a double vanity. The private fully-screened patio lies beyond with panoramic views for casual outside dining and quiet relaxing while enjoying the ocean breezes. Separate open air "Juliett" patios on many villas extend beyond for conversation and star gazing in the tropical night warmth. Daily maid service is provided except Sundays.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- Stay under 6 nights, a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days or arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
