Each of the 37 luxury condos offers approximately 2500 square feet of living space. The inviting interiors feature a range of decor to suit the most discriminating tastes. All are luxuriously appointed, with spacious baths, the latest technology, and the softest of pillows and luxurious 330 thread count linens. The housekeepers, concierge and personal assistants see that everything runs smoothly. Your kitchen can be stocked to your specifications and a personal chef or catering is available at additional charge.
Villa units are in the two 3 story beachfront wings, and tower units are in the 7 story tower. All units feature private phone lines with voicemail, fax hookup, 32 and 42 inch plasma screen televisions, DVD and CD players with a well stocked video and audio library for guests to use. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and garburator. Spacious master suite with king size bed, walk in closet, en-suite master bathroom with oversized Jacuzzi, separate shower, hair dryer, plush robes and slippers. Other bedrooms come with a TV, generous closets, and lavishly appointed bathrooms. All units come with a safe for your valuables, an in unit washer and dryer and private elevator access. There is daily housekeeping and laundry service as well.

- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Dec 19-Jan 15 stays: The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

- Standard: Cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
