Each of the 24 spacious 2 bedroom + den or 3 bedroom apartments are luxuriously furnished and professionally decorated. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an entertainment bar, dishwasher and trash compactor. Every apartment has a washer and dryer, cable TV, multiple telephones, a huge beachfront screened-in balcony or patio and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom even has a jacuzzi spa for your enjoyment and relaxation. All units are air conditioned and have ceiling fans as well. Free high speed internet access is available to guests. In the 2 bedroom + den units, the den can be used as a 3rd bedroom or as an extended living area - whatever suits you best. Maid service is also supplied.

Christmas/New Years: December 20 - January 01
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax.
- A 5 night minimum stay is required during the winter season
- A 14 night minimum stay is required over the Xmas season.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 90 days or arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
