The Grandview
At the Grandview you can expect exquisite elegance and incomparable views of the Caribbean Sea. The Grandview is a deluxe condo resort consisting of 6 buildings in which every one of the 69 two & three bedroom condominiums offers a full, uninterrupted view of the sea and its deep blue waters. The amenities are grand as well. You will enjoy 2 tennis courts, a newly renovated (summer 2007) and beautifully landscaped swimming pool and outdoor heated whirlpool spa, charming beachfront gazebo and an exercise room. There are gas BBQ's that guests may use for that special cookout. Next door is a full-service dive shop and a wide range of water sports. The location is superb too. The Grandview is located at the beginning of spectacular Seven Mile Beach, with a very private section of white sand beach (very little walk by traffic on the beach) and there is great snorkeling right off the resort's beach. The resort is within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, banks, the cinema, a supermarket and some of the worlds best duty free shopping. The Grandview is one of the most elegant ways to enjoy Grand Cayman's many splendors.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12 noon.
Each spacious luxury condominium has a private balcony or patio that offer the most splendid vistas of the sea, sand and stars in all of the Caribbean. Each unit is fully furnished and designed with your comfort in mind. They come with a well equipped modern kitchen, washer & dryer, direct dial telephones, satellite television, VCR, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and 2 full bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and either a queen size bed or 2 twin beds in each additional bedroom, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. All 3 bedroom units are penthouse (top floor) units. Wireless internet is available free of charge to guests. Daily maid service except Sundays. Cribs are available at no extra charge and baby-sitting can be arranged with 24-hours notice. Non-smoking rooms offered based on availability.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children under 12 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Two additonal adults/teens permitted for an additional $25us/night per person.
- Max of 6 people in a 2 bedroom unit. Max of 8 people in a 3 bedroom unit.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax + 7½ % service charge.
- A 7 night minimum stay is required during the winter season (except January).
- A 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking during summer season.
- A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking during winter season.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Summer: Cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
- Winter: Cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
- If cancellation is made on shorter notice than above, the deposit is forfeited.
