Lacovia condos
Lacovia is a deluxe condominium resort situated on 400 feet of pearly white sand on spectacular Seven Mile Beach. Spanish style architecture, with bright terra cotta roofs, graceful arches and balconies, set amidst lush manicured landscaping and illuminated pathways leading to an endless beach. At Lacovia condos, guests will find spacious one, two and three bedroom condos, a freshwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, night lit tennis court, exercise facilities, games room, and meeting facilities as well. Lacovia is conveniently located only three miles from bustling George Town, and is within easy walking distance of a supermarket, shops, restaurants, golf , watersports and many other activities. The resort is handicapped accessible.
Lacovia consists of 55 spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom air conditioned condos and townhouse units. Each condo is designer decorated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, ice maker, and dishwasher. Other amenities include telephone, satellite TV, ceiling fans, private patio or balcony with beach views. Washer and dryer are available in every unit, and there is daily maid service. 2 & 3 bedroom units are on the 1st or 3rd floors. There is a King size bed in each master bedroom and 1 or 2 queen size beds in each of the other bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room. 3 bedroom units are 1800 - 2300 sq. ft. in size and come with either 3 or 3½ bathrooms.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children under 12 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Each extra adult/teen add $50us/night.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax + 7½ % service charge.
- A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Lacovia accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express.
- Cancel within 42 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
