The Meridian resort is a newer luxury rental condo resort. The resort opened in November 2005 and consists of 28 luxury condo rental apartments. The Meridian has a fantastic location directly on 200 feet of the finest section of white sand beach on world famous Seven Mile Beach. New fully equipped luxury oceanfront condo units. There are TWO 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront rental condo units. One is a 4th floor corner unit and the other is a 5th floor corner unit. All of the remaining rental units are 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront condos with approximately 2000 sq.ft of living space. All condominiums are exquisitely appointed including fully equipped gourmet kitchens with all appliances, in-suite washer and dryer, central air conditioning, cable, multiple flat screen TV's, DVD player, CD player, multiple telephones, fax machine, free high speed internet access (you will need to bring your own laptop), 3 full bathrooms including a luxurious master bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Each condo has a large screened-in oceanfront patio or balcony, complete with patio furniture, so you can sit out and enjoy the spectacular view of the perfect white sand beach and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Daily maid service is provided except Sundays.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- Stay under 6 nights, a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- The Meridian accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- All cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $50us. Or:
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Xmas: Cancel within 120 days of arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
