The Meridian condos
The Meridian resort is one of the newest luxury condo resorts on the island. The resort opened in November 2005 and consists of 28 luxury condo apartments. The Meridian has a fantastic location directly on 200 feet of the finest section of white sand beach on world famous 7 Mile Beach. Very conveniently located, just a short walk to a large modern supermarket as well as numerous shops, restaurants, banks, nite clubs, water sports and many other activities. The Meridian has a large freeform beachfront swimming pool and heated jacuzzi, as well as poolside and beachfront lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, palapa huts on the beach, BBQ's for guests to use, underground parking and elevators. New fully equipped luxury oceanfront condo units. There are TWO rental 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront units. One is a 4th floor corner unit and the other is a 5th floor corner unit. There is also now one rental 3 bedroom oceanfront penthouse unit. This unit is almost double the size of other 3 bedroom units and has very spacious living areas, plus there is a fantastic view all up and down 7 Mile Beach from this 6th floor unit. All of the remaining rental units are 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront condos with approximately 2000 sq.ft of living space. All condo units are basically brand new and are exquisitely appointed including fully equipped gourmet kitchens with all appliances, in-suite washer and dryer, central air conditioning, cable, multiple TV's, DVD player, CD player, multiple telephones, fax machine, free high speed internet access (you will need to bring your own laptop), 3 full bathrooms including a luxurious master bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Each condo has a large screened-in oceanfront patio or balcony, complete with patio furniture, so you can sit out and enjoy the spectacular view of the perfect white sand beach and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Daily maid service is provided except Sundays.

Christmas/New Years: December 18, 2008 - January 3, 2009
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- Stay under 6 nights, a 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- All cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $50us. Or:
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days or arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
